Use of this site

Through the use of the website www.thenudelabel.com the customer agrees to:

  • Use the site exclusively for information purposes and placing orders legally valid. Any order placed with fraudulent, false, or not accurate information will be canceled.
  • Providing accurate and truthful personal data necessary to process the order, handling, shipping, and delivery of the goods. Any order placed with false or not accurate personal information won’t be processed and will be canceled.
  • In the event of suspicion of fraud, misuse of the site, and copyright violation, NUDE LABEL S.L. may hand over personal data to the appropriate authorities.

The brand The Nude Label®, the website www.thenudelabel.com all the contents shown in this website belong to NUDE LABEL S.L. and are protected by the correspondent laws. Any reproduction, distribution, manipulation, or commercial use of any of the materials such as graphics, images, text, icons, trademarks, and names is forbidden.

Any bad use or incursion of functions of the website will be prosecuted to the full extent of the Spanish law.

The text, images, sounds, animations, and other content included in this website are the exclusive property of Nude Label S.L. or its licensors.

Social Media

Customers and visitors sharing any social media content produced by the company on its social media accounts and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, TikTok) must ensure to include the correct credits and property of images. Company and collaborative artists must be credited at any time.

Prices and Payments

All prices on this website are shown in US Dollars ($) and include the correspondent taxes if applicable.

In the event of a website price error when placing an order, we will contact the customer through the provided email address to inform them of this error. Customers will be able to confirm and continue the purchase of the product at its correct price or cancel the order and be reimbursed for the total amount paid.

NUDE LABEL S.L. reserves the right to modify any prices on this website at any time.

Payment methods

We accept payments via PayPal / International BankTransfer / Bank Debit and Credit Card / ShopPay / Clearpay*. The customer must be aware of the following:

*Payments with Clearpay are only available only for purchases from Italy, France, and Spain. Clearpay allows the payment of the order in 4 installments interest-free.

Customers can proceed to payment via Paypal with all major Bank Cards. PayPal ensures your payment details are protected.

Customers can proceed to payment using a valid Bank Card. Orders will be processed once payment is received. All payments by Bank Card are processed by Shop Pay.

If you buy with Clearpay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 4 installments. The order transmission process is considered completed following completion of the payment operations once the Customer is redirected to the Site’s order confirmation page. Due to exchange rates, a variation of price may occur when converting prices to a different currency. We do not take any responsibility for any extra charges or bank fees your bank may apply.

All orders placed will be processed once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is accepted within the following 24h-48h from receiving the payment.

Availability of Products

If for any reason, the items you have purchased are sold out or out of stock we will notify you even if a confirmation email has already been sent and we will proceed to an immediate refund or exchange.

Customers have an obligation of providing truthful and accurate personal information when placing an order. Incomplete or false personal information provided such as a delivery address, phone number or email address will make it impossible to deliver the correct service and the order will be immediately canceled. The customer is fully responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information uploaded, shared with, or sent to the site.

Orders to Non-European Countries may be charged with Customs fees once they arrive in the country of destination. Be aware the receiver is the only one responsible for any charge applied to the package at customs.

We do not ship personal orders to Russia, Iran, Syria, Libya, Cuba, Guinea, Lebanon, and Sudan. Shipments to Turkey and Brazil would require a Personal Identification Number from customers.

Please be aware that customs clearance processes at some international destinations may require extra time for delivery. Package delivery requires the signature of the customer or any other person receiving the package at the delivery address.

If the package is returned to NUDE LABEL S.L. facilities or does not arrive at its receiver due to incorrect or not accurate delivery information provided by the customer or is rejected by the customer at Customs, NUDE LABEL S.L. won’t take any responsibility for the return shipping costs or package resend costs. No money refunds will be accepted if a package has been rejected by the customer at Customs clearance and it’s returned to us.

Third-Party data

NUDE LABEL S.L. does not sell or rent customer’s personal data to any other entity. We may provide your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the execution of the agreement. All personal data provided by the customer will be extremely confidential. In the event of suspicion of fraud or misuse from any of our partners, we may provide data to the appropriate authorities.

Google Analytics and tawk.to (live chat).

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors engage with our website. We use this information with the only purpose of improving our web store and the shopping experience. Google Analytics uses your IP providing us information such as your location and shop navigation activity.

We use the live chat service tawk.to to offer better and immediate assistance with your shopping. The live chat service tawk.to uses customer IP providing us information such as your location and shop navigation activity.

Google Analytics and tawk.to do not show us any other personal information but your location and webshop activity. This information is aggregated and anonymized so that we cannot access personal information such as IP addresses.

We may use this anonymized data for our internal marketing and demographic studies to analyze, profile and monitor customer patterns to be able to improve our products, services, and customer shopping experience.

Returns & Exchanges. Sizing.

NUDE LABEL S.L. accepts returns for Bras, Bodysuits, Sandals, and Swimwear within the next 30 days from delivery.

Returns for products that fall into the category of Socks, Soaps, Ceramics, any other Care Line Products and Gift Cards are not accepted due to the nature of the products.

In the event of returning Briefs, NUDE LABEL S.L. will exclusively accept briefs that have not been unpacked from their sealing original package. Due to hygiene reasons briefs that have been unpacked from their sealed packaging won’t be accepted for return as stated in the Art 103. Exceptions to the right of revocation (section e ) from the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, with the only exception of faulty product.

Products returned should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels attached. Returns shipped after 30 days of delivery and of products that have been worn, washed, or that have not been returned in their original condition won’t be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying for returning shipping costs when returning an item unless otherwise stated by the company. In the event of using a Return Label, shipping costs will be deducted from the total Refund / Store Credit amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.

Additional charges may apply to returns that do not comply with our Returns Policy.

Store Credit will only be issued in Euros and can be used in any currency on our site. Orders originally paid in GBP or USD will receive the equivalent amount in Euros when placing their order.

Faulty product

In the event of a faulty product please contact us during the next 48h from receiving the product at customercare@thenudelabel.com with the subject ‘FAULTY’ indicating the problem and your order number. We may ask for graphic proof (pictures).

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The site www.thenudelabel.com operates under and is subject to Spanish law.

Any dispute arising out or in connection with the General Terms and Conditions above-mentioned, the agreement, or any other legal issues that may occur will be resolved by the Spanish law and its competent court.

Right of Revocation

The client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the moment the goods are received to terminate the contract. The company guarantees the client the possibility of canceling the order at any time as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment and all the returned goods are inside their original packaging without being opened and in their original condition. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email customercare@thenudelabel.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, email, or notification via our online contact form).

The company will notify you without delay in a durable medium, the acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund the payment received, excluding delivery costs, and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of notification. Due to the nature of the garments and for hygienic reasons, returned briefs must be unopened from their sealed packaging and in their original condition. We will proceed to make said refund, using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction.

The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and the invoice issued by the company, with the client paying the return costs.  NUDE LABEL S.L. will put at the customer's disposal the possibility of Return Labels. In this case any Return Label cost will be deducted from the total Refund.

The client will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics, or their operation.

Under Article 16(e) of the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL dated 25 October 2011, returns shall not be accepted due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products on Briefs unpacked from their sealed packaging, Socks, Soaps, Pottery or any other Care Line Products and Gift Cards. The right of revocation expires once a product has been returned with signs of damage and/or deterioration (for example soiling or staining, tags removed, evidence of wear and being washed) in this case, the items will not be refunded.

Items with stains of lotion, deodorant, sweat and any other caused when trying on the products won't be accepted due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products.

1.1_ Consequences of the Revocation.

In case of an effective revocation, you are required to return all relevant items within 7 days after posting the revocation and we are required to reimburse you within 14 days starting from the day that we received the goods. 

For all refunds, we are using the same payment method that had been selected by the customer when purchasing in our store, unless we specifically agree to another option. Please note, that we reserve the right to postpone any reimbursement until we received the relevant items and have had a chance to inspect them. Returned goods have to be in new and mint condition. 

1.2_ The Legal Exclusion of the Right of Revocation. 

The right of revocation is not in effect for goods that have been unpacked from their original packaging or with signs of damage and/or deterioration (for example soiling or staining) can not be returned or exchanged. Goods that had been washed and/or altered (tags removed) can not be returned.
