All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
Orders leave our warehouse at 4 pm GTM+1 (working days from Monday to Friday).
All orders will be processed the next working day. Orders made during weekends or non-working days will need extra time to be handled.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you don't receive an email confirmation from us after 48h (Mon - Fri), please check secondary email folders or drop us an email at email@example.com.

We do not ship personal orders to Russia, Iran, Syria, Pakistan, Libya, Cuba, Guinea, Lebanon, or Sudan.
Shipments to some countries might require a Personal Identification Number from Customers.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Spain. International orders might be charged with Customs fees once they arrive in the country of destination. Please be aware that you are the only one responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs and at delivery.

How does Brexit affect my order?
We ship from Spain so if you are in the UK you might consider the following:
- Orders under 135 £ will be free of extra charges
- Orders above 135 £ will be subject to additional costs when entering the UK.
Please note that we are not responsible for any extra charge that applies at the UK border.

We understand that trying on your basics is important. Try on our pieces with care, and if something doesn't meet your expectations return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns can be processed as Refunds or Store Credit.
We do not accept returns on Socks, Ceramics, Soap, Candles, Laundry Bags or Gift Cards.
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of briefs that haven't been unpacked from their original sealing packaging.
In the event of returning Briefs, we will exclusively accept briefs that have not been unpacked from their sealing original package. When purchasing multiple briefs, we recommend to open the least items possible to check sizing and quality.
Due to hygiene reasons briefs that have been unpacked from their sealed packaging won’t be accepted for return as stated in the Art 103. Exceptions to the right of revocation (section e ) from the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, with the only exception of faulty product.
When trying on Bodies, Swim Bottoms or Swimsuits, we ask you to please wear a pair of briefs underneath.
Any returned pieces with remnants of lotion, deodorant, perfume or sweat stains won’t be accepted. Verify all returned products are in their original condition, unworn, with all the labels attached and neatly folded.
If the item does not meet the return policy requirements, we hold the right to deny Refunds or Store Credit. To receive the items back, you will have to cover the delivery costs.
How to process your return
1 — Register your return
Registering your return is mandatory. Click the (Register my return) button at the end of this guide. Returns not registered won’t be processed.
2 — Identify your return
Fill out the “Put Me In Your Return” card that came with your order and place it inside the parcel.
If you don’t have your card, leave a note inside the package with your order number, full name, and email.
3 — Follow the instructions
Once you register your return, we will send you within 48h a prepaid shipping label that will be deducted from your Refund or Store Credit.
Place the label outside of your package, within 48 hours of receiving the label the courier will pick it up.
Please make sure to ship your return within 4 days, as the label may expire after that.

Rest of the World
We currently cannot offer return labels to other countries out of the EU. You are responsible for hiring a shipping service that includes a Tracking Number within 7 days of registering your return.
Register your return and our team will send you a Customs Form with instructions. Please do not ship your return without including this document. Failing to do so will result in additional customs charges.

4 — Quality Check
We do not accept returns on Socks, Ceramics, Soap, Candles, Laundry Bags, Gift Cards or Briefs that have been opened from their sealed packaging.
Our quality team will check each item received in your return to ensure they are in 100% original condition. We will contact you within 5 days of receiving your return.
