Orders
Enter the code in the discount section in your cart. Click on 'Apply', and the discount will be shown in your order total.
We accept PayPal / International BankTransfer / Bank Debit and Credit Card / ShopPay / Clearpay*. Depending on the method chosen, you may need to enter further details and be led to the website of the payment provider to be identified as an authorized user before you can place your order.
*Payments with Clearpay are only available only for purchases from Italy, France, and Spain. Clearpay allows the payment of the order in 4 installments interest-free. If you buy with Clearpay, you will receive your order immediately.
If you want to make an order via bank transfer, please send us an email to customercare@thenudelabel.com letting us know the items you want and your shipping and billing address, including your full name and phone number.
Once you do so, we will send you the necessary information and set aside the pieces to process as soon as we receive payment.
Please write to customercare@thenudelabel.com as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation. We'll do our best to make your requested changes. However, once an order has shipped, there is nothing we can do.
Orders that have been processed can’t be modified.
If your first order is not processed yet, we can combine both and refund the appropriate amount for shipping.
Please note there are no guarantees we will be able to combine your orders since this depends on if your first order has been processed by the time we see your email.
We process all orders within 1 working day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been received/leaves our warehouse. Check your spam and promotions folders in case the email landed there.

Restock dates on out-of-stock items will vary by product and collection.
We recommend clicking on the “Notify Me” email alert on each product page so you'll be the first to know when the items you've got your eye on are available again.
We believe seasonal sales reduce the value of all the work put into creating our pieces.
We offer discounts on briefs when you bundle and in our Final Sale section for discounted items with limited stock and that won’t be coming back.
Size and Fit
Our bras and briefs are made from soft organic cotton and adapt to your shape throughout the day of wear. Each piece offers different coverage and support for different needs.

Not every bra is for everyone. All our bras have adjustable straps and closures without any padding or uncomfortable underwires.
Each one of our bras is designed to give the best fit depending on different factors.

We make each one of our bras and briefs from certified organic cotton to provide breathability and a small percentage of elastane for comfort and stretch.
We don't have a specific maternity line, but we do have bras and briefs that can give you great support during your pregnancy and after.
Sizing shouldn’t be complicated! Our bras do not follow cup sizing and adapt to your body. Visit our Size Guide and Fitting information on the product page for each piece.

Sometimes your measurements can land you between sizes.
When this happens, we recommend reaching out to customercare@thenudelabel.com with your measurements so we can help you find the best size and fit.
We try our best to give the best options according to your measurements. Still, there is always a possibility that our recommendations don’t work well for you.
Different factors play a role in your perfect size other than your measurements (how you prefer the fit, what you’re more comfortable with, and more). Use our recommendations as a guide.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you need to find the best size and fit in any of our pieces.
Materials & Care
We recommend washing all your basics by hand or machine wash at low temperature (max. 40ºC) on a gentle cycle preferably using an alcohol-free detergent.
Laying flat or hang-dry is best to save energy and help the garments last longer. You can read more about caring for your Basics here.
Our clothing is designed in a beautiful studio in Valencia, Spain. All our pieces are made in the EU keeping production as close to home as possible.
Everything is crafted by people who live and raise families nearby. We make sure our production team has a healthy and safe working environment, is paid fairly, and has chosen employment freely.

Payments with Clearpay
Clearpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic installments, split in a way that best suits you. You chose how much to initially pay upfront, and the remaining payment is split over 3 installments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Just shop on thenudelabel.com and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method this will direct you to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard).
If you have used Clearpay before, log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order – easy!
Clearpay is only available to customers with a billing address from France, Italy, or Spain. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create a Clearpay account.
Clearpay customers must make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted every 2 weeks in automatic installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date. Click here.
If payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply. You can read more about Late Fees by entering your Clearpay account.
Clearpay shows an estimated amount you can spend when you log into your account. The amount you can spend using Clearpay changes based on how you use your account. Some of the factors that influence your available spending are:
- Making payments on time
- Late payments
- How long you’ve been using Clearpay
- Avoid declined purchases
Clearpay is not available on gift card purchases.

Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return Policy here. Clearpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Clearpay.
Financial refunds can take up to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. If you have any questions, follow up with Clearpay.
Sometimes Clearpay runs a pre-authorization check where they temporarily hold a small amount from your account for online purchases to make sure your nominated card is working right.
Once this check is approved, Clearpay will instruct the bank to void the transaction. Sometimes it might appear on your account as a second payment.
Don't worry though, it is not a second payment and will be resolved on your account shortly. If you have any trouble, please contact Clearpay.
Yes! The PAY NOW button in your Clearpay account lets you make a payment any time before an installment is due, but your remaining installments dates will stay the same - unless you choose to pay these early too!
If you would like to bring your installment dates forward, you can submit your request on Clearpay, but it has to be more than 24 hours before an installment is due.
